1. We use and store your contact address and data exclusively for registration purposes. The storage takes place in protected areas and is only accessible for the IT administrator and the organizers.

2. We do not forward or give your email and contact data to third parties. 

3. Abstracts of the selected posters and talks will be stored online with password protection and will be only accessible to the conference participants during the seminar time. After the event, those information will be removed.

4. In this registration form you will be asked below, whether you would like us to include your name in the either printed or electronic participant's list.

5. You can receive emails from the organizers regarding the organization and the communication in respect of the event you have registered for or asked for.
